PRERANA Scholarship – Documents Required for Application
Candidates have to upload the scanned copies of the below-mentioned documents during the online application process –
- Caste Certificate
- Matriculation Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Aadhar Card/Enrolment slip
- Copy of 1st page of the applicant’s bank account passbook containing details such as account number, IFSC code of the branch
Please note: The proof of possession of aadhaar card or undergoing aadhaar authentication has been made mandatory for availing PRERANA post-matric scholarship from academic year 2019-20 onwards. Aadhaar number provided by the students in Post-matric Application portal “PRERANA” are being verified with the UIDAI and applications with successful verification will be prioritized for disbursement. The Aadhaar verification status will be notified to the applicants through SMS in the mobile number registered in PRERANA Portal as well as in their Application ID. Accordingly, applicants are requested to check their Aadhaar Verification status in their login ID and if the Aadhaar verification status is Not-Verified, they are requested to take necessary steps, as mentioned in their Login ID. After making the necessary correction/generation of Aadhaar in any Aadhaar enrolment centre, applicants are required to update their Aadhaar in their Login ID in PRERANA for re-processing of their Scholarship Application.
